Structural Design

Modular Segmented Build

Modular segmented ballistic panels with 6–8 cm nominal thickness, available in aramid and UHMWPE grades. Each segment acts as an independent protective module. Only damaged segments can be replaced individually to cut repair costs and fleet downtime.

Multiple Mounting Methods

Supports PSA adhesive backing, rivet fixing and bolt-on fastening. Adaptable to different van interior trims, frames and layouts without heavy cutting or permanent outer body modification.

Gap-Free Overlapping Joints

Overlapping joints between adjacent segments eliminate ballistic gaps. Delivers continuous uniform protection on curved surfaces, and supports custom shaping while meeting B4+ / NIJ IIIA standards.

Application

Curved Surface Retrofit:

Thermo-formable panels for curved doors, sliding panels and cargo box interiors of light commercial vans, solving protection limits of rigid armor plates.

Discreet Hidden Install

Low-profile armor concealed behind factory interior trims, pillars and liners, keeping the original vehicle exterior appearance unchanged.

Two Material Options

Cost-effective aramid for budget-sensitive fleet tenders; lightweight UHMWPE composite for weight-critical missions to boost fuel efficiency and payload.

Wide Vehicle Compatibility

Suitable for armored response vans, CIT vehicles, prisoner transport vehicles, VIP close-protection vehicles and emergency response units.

Test certification

  • NATO - AITEX laboratory test
  • China Test Agency
*Physical and chemical inspection center in non-metals material of ordnance industries
*Bulletproof material testing center of Zhejiang Red Flag Machinery CO., Ltd

FAQ

Q1: What ballistic standard do these panels meet?

A: They are B4+ / NIJ IIIA (.44 Magnum), stopped .44 Magnum SJHP, 9mm FMJ pistol rounds and blast fragmentation splinters.

Q2: Which materials options do we have and what is the difference?

A: We have Aramid and UHMWPE composites. For very large fleet orders, Aramid is the more economical option. UHMWPE is the lighter choice, especially for vehicles that have to carry a sensitive payload to save operating costs in the form of weight penalty fuel consumption.

Q3: Can they be added without modifying the vehicle outer case?

A: Sure. Retrofit installation is made in the most convenient possible manner in that it is not installs screws into the original outer shell. We do not cut into or make any permanent changes to the original outside wounding, preserving the factory aesthetic at all times.

Q4: How is it during ballistic impact? If the panel is damaged, what is done?

A: Thanks to modular segmented design, the individual impacted section is replaced, rather than the total panel assembly, which saves repair cost and reduces downtime.
